0903 calls cost £6 plus your phone company’s access charge.
We are not responsible for your phone providers Access Charge. This charge is not set by us and we have no control over it. You need to speak to your phone or mobile provider to understand the costs of calling an 090 number.
For example, your phone company may charge 50p per minute access charge. This is an additional charge which is charged by your phone company on top of the £6 charged by us.
Please contact your network provider to find these exact charges are before using our service.
For mobile phone users, please contact your provider. We have listed links below to some of the major UK mobile providers as a point of reference. Do not use these links as proof of your access charge, we are not responsible for information on their websites. Mobile phone plans tend to have different access charges so please check with your provider first.

When you use our services, we confirm the price of the service to you on the call. In addition, we will also read out to you the direct contact number for the service that you call. We recommend having a pen and paper to hand so that you can write this number down and contact them directly if required. Following the call, we will also send you a free text with the services direct telephone number on it.

When you call via Directory Network, you will be given the option to select whether or not you would like to record the call. There is no additional cost to record the call. Once your call ends, we will send you a free text message to the number that you called from if you have called from a mobile. The text message will include a link so that you can retrieve your call recording and store it for your own use. Recordings are held for 30 days, so if you require the recording for a longer period, we would recommend that you download the recording within 30 days.

If you are calling from a landline and wish to retrieve your call recording, you will need to use our contact form (above). Please tell us the telephone number you called from and an email address and we can send the call recording to you.
